There are lots of books about punk. Lots of oral histories too. But from the 50s and 60s roots of UK punk, through to the glory days of the late 70s and early 80s, there has never been such a comprehensive oral history. John Robb (sometime journalist, and frontman of the Membranes and now Goldblade) spent a year interviewing over a 100 punk rock luminaries, and let's them speak for themselves.
